Proposal No. CCPR-4-76 (6/16/2022) - To amend Article XII, Section 3(b), of the Constitution of the Federated States of Micronesia to make all national government funds subject to audit by the Public Auditor.
Proposal No. CCPR-4-75 (6/6/2022) - To amend Article IX, Section 3(a) of the Constitution of the Federated States of Micronesia to specify that the allottee of public funds shall follow national development plans in the expenditure of those public funds.

Proposal No. CCPR-4-09 (1/15/2020) - To amend section 2(m) of Article IX of the Constitution of the Federated States of Micronesia to provide that all Revenues derived from this provision shall be shared on an equitable bases between the four the states and municipalities or local governments and the national government;
